About the Client: Mulino Bianco
For 50 years, Mulino Bianco has brought authentic flavors and childhood memories to Italian households, successfully blending tradition and innovation while always striving to offer products that are not only delicious but also environmentally friendly.
In 2018, in collaboration with WWF Italy, the University of Bologna, and the University of Tuscia, Mulino Bianco launched the “Carta del Mulino” – a voluntary code promoting sustainable agricultural practices throughout the soft wheat supply chain.
Today, over 2,000 farmers and numerous mills across Italy and Europe are part of this transformative initiative.
